We all know that listing our properly at AirBnB is the best way to earn revenue but earning revenue is not in just listing your property and there comes many responsibilities along and overlooking these might affect your hiring and sometimes AirBnB itself blocks the hosts if they are not responsive and guest-friendly. So Keep the following things in mind and be responsive especially if you are ordered to any responsible facility or requested any unbound responsibility because the latter would give the guest good experience and the guests review will help you welcoming more guest.


Make everything clear in listing
Describe everything about the listing whether rules and regulations, facilities and be factual if you don’t want to accept the request other than responsibilities. Although it is more beneficial to have good experience with the guest; providing them unexpected, but if you can’t then it is better to be upfront.
Research the guest
Accept the guests after exclusive research and don’t accept their requests for reservations if you are not satisfied with them. For instance, guests having kids might be more demanding so if you don’t want to indulge in extra demands then decline them. Also, the demand of the people may vary from country to country; some may be annoying by requesting for unnecessary things, so be wise in accepting them.
Be responsive
Late response is the worst experience the guests would have especially if one is requesting you at night. To avoid this list the expected questions and their answers on your profile or place a guide book in the home. The best way is to consult with the neighbor or friend with the demands of the guests especially at night to overcome the loopholes. Also, the request would vary according to native and outsiders; as outsiders wouldn’t be aware of the things and spots they want to see and they might request you at any time, therefore, keep a map and directory of related things like taxi and hot spots of the city etc.
Keep the things in spare which are mostly forgotten
There are few things which people forget regularly like phone chargers and toothpaste etc and upon their arrival at late night, they may request you for such things. So keeping these things in a spare would be the best way to have a good experience and impress the guest.
Take a breath for while

If you are fatigued with the consistent hosting then take a breath because providing substandard hospitality would make you vulnerable and it is better to rest for a while. But if you want to be hosting carefree without blocking your calendar then you can hire someone to care about the guests and take the responsibility; means you would be in the mainstream industry without affecting your rating. There are many companies to do so.
